Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for orders placed on partycityshop.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-444-8887 or email [email protected] to request a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:
· Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
· Returns are only accepted for online orders made through partycityshop.com.
· We do not accept returns in stores for online purchases. In-store returns are at the sole discretion of each store and may not be honored.

· Seasonal merchandise (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter) must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition and original packaging.

· Purchases made in stores are subject to the return policy of the individual store and may not be accepted. We recommend calling your local store directly to verify their return policy before attempting a return.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-5 business days.
